Please read these terms carefully before using NURA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NURA app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and HAB Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use NURA. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

NURA is an AI-powered pregnancy and period tracker mobile application. The App provides the following features:

  • AI-powered chat assistant for pregnancy and health questions
  • Pregnancy week-by-week calendar and milestone tracking
  • Period and menstrual cycle tracking
  • Kick counter and contraction timer
  • Baby name explorer with meanings in multiple languages
  • Smart reminders for vitamins, appointments, and milestones
  • Multi-language support including Arabic (RTL), English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese

The App is available as a free download with optional premium subscriptions. NURA is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The AI responses in NURA are generated for general informational purposes only. They are based on publicly available health information and are not tailored to your individual medical circumstances.

Pregnancy and women's health are complex medical subjects. Individual situations vary greatly. What applies to one person may not apply to another. Always work with your healthcare team for personalised guidance.

4. User Accounts and Data

NURA does not require you to create an account with a username and password. Your profile and health data are stored locally on your device.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the App
  • You are responsible for keeping your device secure to protect your health data
  • You should back up your device regularly if you want to preserve your NURA data
  • If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted

Our responsibilities:

  • We store your personal health data only on your device — not on our servers
  • We transmit your chat messages to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate responses
  • We use Google AdMob to display advertisements to free-tier users
  • We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status

5. Subscriptions and Payments

NURA offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Billing and renewal:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period
  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not directly handle your payment information

💡 To cancel your subscription, go to your App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android) and cancel from there. Cancelling through the app settings page is not available.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. HAB Solutions LLC does not directly process refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use NURA in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
  • Attempts to access, tamper with, or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
  • Sends automated or scripted requests to the App's AI backend
  • Attempts to circumvent subscription limits or payment requirements through technical means
  • Uses the App to provide medical advice to third parties as if it were professional guidance
  • Reproduces, distributes, or sells any content from the App without written permission
  • Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to NURA for any user who violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the NURA app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of HAB Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use NURA for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control.

This licence does not include the right to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
  • Use the NURA name, logo, or branding without written permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App
  • Sublicence, sell, or transfer the App to any third party

The NURA name, logo, and the tagline "Your AI Pregnancy Companion" are trademarks of HAB Solutions LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HAB Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • Any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated health information in the App
  • Any medical decisions made based on information provided by NURA
  • Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the App or its features

NURA is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall HAB Solutions LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10.00 if you have not paid anything.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NURA that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming, United States, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
