- Partner name (optional)
- Language preference
Information collected automatically:
- Device identifiers and advertising IDs (collected by Google AdMob for free-tier users)
- App usage patterns to improve performance
- Crash reports and error logs
💡 Your chat history and health data are stored locally on your device only. We do not store your personal health information on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to provide and improve the NURA experience:
- To personalise AI responses — your name, pregnancy week, and health notes are sent to our AI provider to give you relevant, personalised answers
- To show relevant advertisements to free-tier users via Google AdMob
- To process subscription purchases and manage billing via RevenueCat
- To send push notifications for reminders you have enabled (vitamins, period alerts, milestones)
- To improve the app based on usage patterns and crash reports
We never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your health information for marketing purposes.
4. Third Party Services
NURA uses the following trusted third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

Processes your chat messages to generate AI responses. Your messages (including your name and pregnancy week) are transmitted to OpenRouter to produce personalised answers. OpenRouter acts as a gateway to leading AI models. View their privacy policy.
📢 Google AdMob — admob.google.com
Shows advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and usage data to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings. View Google's privacy policy.
💳 RevenueCat — revenuecat.com
Manages in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes your purchase data through Apple App Store or Google Play. We use it to verify your subscription status. View their privacy policy.
5. Data Storage
We take a privacy-first approach to data storage:
- Your personal profile, chat history, period tracking data, and pregnancy information are all stored locally on your device
- We do not operate servers that store your personal health data
- If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed from your device
- Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat and linked to your App Store or Google Play account
- Your chat messages are transmitted to OpenRouter AI to generate responses, but we do not retain these messages after the response is delivered
🔒 Your health data stays on your device. Deleting the app permanently removes all your data.
6. Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access your data: View all your information in the NURA app settings at any time
- Edit your data: Update your profile, pregnancy information, and health notes in app settings
- Delete your data: Use "Delete All Data" in app settings, or clear the app's data through your device settings
- Opt out of personalised ads: Go to your device settings → Privacy → Advertising, and enable "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" (Android)
- Cancel your subscription: Manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings

7. Children's Privacy
NURA is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Our app is designed for adults who are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or tracking their menstrual cycle.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has used our app, please contact us at support@hellonura.app.
